Everyone deserves an award for something they did that was helpful or fun for someone else. Going to different sites dedicated to the anime or manga Sailor Moon I saw alot of effort and creativity put forth. Having built two pages, I can understand some of what web mistresses and web masters go through to entertain fellow moonies. These awards are for them.
